Refund policy

All returns are accepted within 15 days of the purchase date, with a valid receipt/invoice, tags attached to the item, and item is in its original condition and does not smell of smoke or covered in pet hair.  Store credit will be issued for all returns, no exceptions.  All sale items, jewelry, hair accessories, shapewear, and bodysuits are FINAL SALE.  Any items purchased from our ONLINE EXCLUSIVES tab follow the same Return Policy, however we will issue your store credit to your online account for you to continue to shop.  If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out by calling us at 270-847-2445.  Thank you for shopping with us!
